Sonia Rakheja

Sonia Rakheja has over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Finance Manager at BT since June 2019, after working as an Assistant Manager at Macquarie Group from October 2012 to May 2019. Prior to these roles, Sonia was a Management Trainee at Nestlé from May 2011 to September 2012, contributing to the Group Accounting & Reporting team, where responsibilities included month-end accounting and IFRS compliance. The professional journey began with an internship at S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. from October 2007 to November 2010, focusing on statutory audits and client engagement. Sonia holds a degree in International Financial Reporting Standards from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and achieved First Division in Bachelor’s Degree, B. Com (Hons) from Delhi University, along with securing Rank 21 in the CA Final.
