Sophie Hare

Sophie Hare is the Head of Transformation and Delivery at BT and EE, where they currently lead a team of project and programme managers in delivering key strategic priorities for BT Consumer. Previously, as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Sophie successfully managed a diverse range of initiatives with budgets up to £30 million, engaging closely with the CEO and executive team on high-profile programmes. Their career at BT began as a Programme Manager, where they delivered complex programmes aligned with the Consumer Strategy. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Bristol, where they achieved a distinction.
