Sophie Lines

Sophie Lines is a seasoned professional in procurement and commercial management, currently serving as Head of Commercial Planning & Delivery and Head of Strategic Partner Commercial Relationships at BT since December 2015. With extensive experience in IT procurement, Sophie's role includes managing the IT Hardware procurement category for BT's global operations. Prior to BT, Sophie worked at British American Tobacco from March 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included leading commercial projects, supplier negotiations, and managing supplier contracts within the IT function. Sophie's earlier career includes positions as an Executive Assistant and Customer Service Manager at PR Newswire. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy & Law Joint Honours from the University of the West of England.
