Steve Rathborne

Steve Rathborne is an experienced executive with a robust career at BT, holding positions such as Director of Partner Channel and Board Member, where responsibilities include overseeing the indirect partner channel and driving profitable revenue growth. Previously, Steve served as Sales Director for the Small & Medium Enterprises division, managing a £1 billion business and leading a 1,200-person sales team. As Vice President for Global Banking and Financial Markets, Steve developed regional growth strategies and maintained client relationships within the finance sector across Asia Pacific. Additional roles include serving as Client Managing Director for BT's largest global financial markets client, along with earlier experiences in sales, marketing, customer service, and product management at BT and ICL.
