Sumit Dass

Sumit Dass has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a Specialist Service Architect at BT since October 2014, where responsibilities include designing custom service solutions for contracts exceeding £20 million, developing financial models, and managing cloud solutions. Prior to this role, Sumit was a Service Introduction Project Manager at BT, focusing on implementing service commitments for GCS Service Assurance. Sumit’s earlier experience includes serving as a Manager of Service Delivery at Tech Mahindra, where skills ranged from client engagement to risk management and service desk management. Sumit’s career also includes positions at Bharti Airtel Services and vCustomer as a Senior Executive and Technical Support Engineer, respectively. Sumit holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Kurukshetra University.
