Previous experience includes a role as Service Delivery Leader at American Express, managing WFM for a global Travel and Lifestyle vertical with 7,000 FTEs across 26 countries, and a significant tenure at Wipro Limited in various leadership roles focused on workforce management and business excellence. Tejender holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore.
