Vernon Smith

Vernon Smith is currently a BT Contract Director at BT, having transitioned from roles in Global Services to Business and Public Sector, where they managed key accounts such as HMRC and NATS. Prior to this, they held positions including Contract Director at Capita and Contract Director at BT Global Services. Vernon began their career as a Network Operations Manager at RM and PO. They earned an MSC in Information Technology from De Montfort University between 1984 and 1988.
