They have successfully led numerous IT projects, generating and saving over USD 5 million, and have specialized in projects at British Telecom, focusing on cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and innovative technologies. Previously, Vikas held various roles, including Service Design & Operations at SITA and Team Lead Service Transition, where they drove organizational change and optimized processes on a global scale. Vikas earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
