Yasser Hourie

Yasser Hourie is an accomplished network engineer with extensive experience in MPLS and Internet services at BT Global Services since May 2007, following the acquisition of Infonet. Prior to this role, Yasser served as Team Leader for Customer Services in EMEA at Infonet from 1998 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing customer escalations and leading a team of support engineers. Yasser's career began in technical support roles, with a focus on resolving complex network issues and supervising a network control center team. Yasser holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electro-mechanics from Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci'​ and a Baccalauréat in Mathematics and Sciences from Athenee Royal Jean Absil.
