Wei-Yee Ong has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Wei-Yee started as the Design Team Lead at TEDxTainan in 2014. In 2017, they were an Intern at Bron van Doen, where they proposed plans and coordinated with furniture design studio for Dutch Design Week 2017 display and developed social lab projects proposals and worked as a facilitator in 'Entrepreneurship for Socially Creatives & Business' workshops. In 2018, they became a Project Manager at REnato lab, where they developed a quantitative material selection system to generate business impact, conducted legislative research, and projected potential risks within 5-10 years. In 2020, they moved to Neux Tech as an Assistant Project Manager, where they were experienced at cross countries SCRUM development with multi-functional teams, built and strengthened agile workflow to facilitate issues prioritization, and conducted weekly risk reports to the management team to shift obstacles. Currently, they are a Product Manager at BTCC.

Wei-Yee Ong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Product and Industrial Design Engineering Department from National Cheng Kung University. In 2021, Ong obtained certifications in Planning and Releasing Software with JIRA and Scrum: Advanced from LinkedIn. In 2020, Ong obtained a certification in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn.

Chung En Ma has six years of work experience, beginning in 2018. In 2018, Ma worked as an Anti-Money Laundering Intern for TransGlobe Life Insurance Inc. In 2019, Ma worked as a Business Development Intern for Apple Bio (Korea), as well as a Banking Analyst for CTBC Bank. In 2020, Ma took on the role of Data Consultant for Dun & Bradstreet, as well as Project Lead for Lotus League Foundation. Most recently, Ma began working as the Risk Management & Hedging TW Lead and Risk Management & Hedging Expert for BTCC in 2021.

Chung En Ma attended CTBC Business School from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Banking and Finance. Chung En also participated in exchange programs at Kyungpook National University in 2019, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in 2018, and Waseda University in 2017. Additionally, Ma obtained numerous certifications from various institutions between 2016 and 2018, including Investment-Orientated Insurance Product Representative from Taiwan Insurance Institute and Stock Affair Specialist Professional Competency Exam from Securities & Futures Institute. Chao Luo has worked in the design industry since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Movie Design at Snatch s.r.l. Chao then worked as an Art Direction Intern at LuxstateGroup, a Graphic Web Designer at Mindly Consulting S.r.l. and a Movie Designer at Imille in 2014. Since 2015, they have been working as an Executive Art Director at BTCC.

Chao Luo attended the Politecnico di Milano from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a laurea specialistica in Design della Comunicazione. Prior to that, they attended the Communication University of China, Nanjing from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Laurea in Design della Pubblicità, Arti e Design.

Sofia Y has over 6 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Administration field. Sofia began their career in 2013 as an HR & Accounting Manager at a Testing Laboratory Start Up. In 2019, they joined BTCC as an Assistant HR & Admin Manager and was later promoted to HR & Admin Manager.

Kang Xu has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Kang began as a Data Management Specialist at 徲桦 in 2005, then moved to a Software Programmer role at 百天科技 in 2006. In 2008, they became a QA Test Engineer at Wincor Nixdorf Software, followed by a QA Test Lead role at HP in 2010. Finally, in 2015, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at BTCC.

Aaryn LING has been working in the field of corporate communications since 2014. Aaryn began their career as a Social Media Coordinator for Charltons Law in 2014. In 2018, they became the Director Of Marketing And Public Relations for Andoromeda (\u4ed9\u5973\u5ea7\u79d1\u6280\uff09. Aaryn is currently employed as the Corporate Communications Manager for BTCC since 2019.

Aaryn LING obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014, following a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Digital Media Technology from Communication University of China in 2013.

Bobby Lee is the co-founder and CEO of [BTCC](/org/btcc), one of the world's leading Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchanges. Bobby is also a founding member of the Bitcoin Foundation, and has served on its board of directors for over five years.

Lee was born in China and educated at [Stanford University](/org/stanford), where they received their bachelor's degree in computer science. After graduation, they worked as a software engineer for a number of Silicon Valley startups before moving into the financial sector.

In 2010, Lee founded Bitcoin China, one of the first Bitcoin exchanges, and played an instrumental role in promoting the adoption of Bitcoin in China. Bobby continued to lead the company until 2016, when they stepped down to focus on [BTCC](/org/btcc).

Under Lee's leadership, [BTCC](/org/btcc) has become one of the leading players in the global cryptocurrency space, with a mission to provide a safe and easy way for people to buy, sell, and use Bitcoin and other digital currencies.
Bobby Lee attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Bobby then attended [Stanford University](/org/stanford) from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a B.S. in Computer Science. Bobby also attended The Lawrenceville School from 1989 to 1993.

Shih Kai Lin is the current Chief Research Officer at [BTCC](/org/btcc). Shih has a financial markets study that includes FX, Commodities, Stock indexes, Bond and Cryptocurrencies. Shih is always seeking investment opportunities for the clients and supports the sales team with an exclusive investment advisory. Kai Lin also helps to update the investment advisory report on the website and participates in making investment tutorial videos for promotion purposes.

Before [BTCC](/org/btcc), Kai Lin was with IX Capital Markets for 1 year and 11 months as a Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, and Risk Manager. Her duties there were to maintain positive relationships with global clients, assist with generating new business, building sales strategies and product pricing for white label services, building relationships with media, and integrating resources with other companies within industry. Kai Lin also attended financial exhibitions across China’s major cities and monitored the market quotes and detected trading function on their trading system.

Kai Lin has a 3-year 5-month duration at [BTCC](/org/btcc) as Chief Research Officer.
Shih Kai Lin attended Aston Business School where they received their Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment. While attending school, they participated in the Aston trading and investment Real-time Trading Competition and achieved third place. Shih was also a Course Representative for Finance & Investments and attended meetings with the school, representing the views of other students on their course.
