BTF Advisory Group works with CEOs and leadership teams to sharpen decision-making, strengthen performance, and drive disciplined execution.

Founded by a former APAC Managing Director with $150M+ P&L responsibility, BTF brings board-level experience across private equity–backed, multinational, and not-for-profit environments.

We focus on what matters most at the top: clarity, judgement, and execution under pressure—aligning leadership teams, accelerating performance, and building high-performing organisations.

Our work spans:
• Strategy and enterprise value creation
• Business performance and growth execution
• Leadership effectiveness and organisational alignment
