At BTG Counseling and Educational Services, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between mental health awareness and transformative, culturally responsive care. Our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health by providing collaborative, compassionate and culturally responsive mental health therapy and wellness education to underserved and underrepresented groups. We offer individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our licensed counselors specialize in a range of therapeutic approaches, providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. BTG's compassionate and collaborative approach ensures a safe and nurturing environment where clients can thrive. Our educational services extend to schools, corporations, and community organizations. 

In addition to individual, group and couples counseling we provide: 

Staff Development and Training: Customized workshops and training sessions for educators, administrators, and corporate teams. Our programs focus on building mental health literacy, building resilience, and creating supportive environments for all members. 

 Affinity Groups: Facilitated groups that provide a safe space for individuals with shared identities or experiences to connect, share, and support each other. These groups promote understanding, empathy, and community building. 

 Parent Engagement Sessions: Informative and interactive sessions designed to equip parents with the tools and knowledge to support their children’s mental health and well-being. These sessions cover topics such as stress management, communication strategies, and building a positive home environment.
