With a strong background in operational leadership, they currently serve as the Director of Operations, Culture & Brand Experience at BTH Group, driving cultural transformation and enhancing guest experiences. Previously, Christopher held management positions at notable organizations including Selina, Hilton, and Libertador Hotels, focusing on safety, security, and operational excellence. They began their career in the Peruvian Navy and have since pursued advanced education, including a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School.
