John Chao is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and satellite communications, with expertise spanning VSAT, Industrial 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial IoT, and Maritime IT. Chao served as a Senior Product Manager and Regional General Manager at UTStarcom from 2001 to 2004, where they focused on product management and sales in East China. From 2011 to 2024, Chao held multiple leadership roles at Sunwave Communications Co., Ltd., including Vice President and GM for key accounts and corporate strategy.
