Stefano Ruffini

Stefano Ruffini has extensive experience in research and development management, particularly in electronic systems and security solutions. Initial experience began with the Italian Army in mountain troops from 1986 to 1987, followed by a role as R&D manager of an electronic lab at LT Terraneo from 1992 to 1995, focusing on door entry systems. Ruffini held multiple positions at Bticino from 2001 to 2017, including R&D Manager for standardization, R&D manager of door entry systems lab, and marketing manager of the CCTV catalogue, emphasizing ecodesign and cybersecurity. Additionally, a role as marketing and R&D manager was undertaken at Shenzhen Shidean Legrand Electronic Products Co., Ltd from 2005 to 2008.
