Moti Ifergan

Moti Ifergan serves as Managing Director and Partner at BTIG since August 2018 and is the Founder and Principal of Yamba Capital, a firm dedicated to backing innovative teams across various sectors, including Biotech and Technology, since June 2007. Ifergan previously held the position of Managing Director of Institutional Sales at Convergex from August 2014 to June 2017, where significant achievements included generating a record US equities transaction. Prior to that, Ifergan spent over 13 years at Knight Capital, progressing from Vice President to Managing Director in Institutional Sales, where contributions included managing high-performing sales teams and establishing new operations in the Middle East. Ifergan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Mount Ida College.
