Peter Macaluso is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income and institutional credit trading operations. Since March 2009, Peter has held the position of Senior Vice President in the Fixed Income Division of BTIG, following a role as Vice President focused on institutional credit trading operations. Prior to BTIG, Peter spent over 16 years at Merrill Lynch as Vice President, specializing in high yield and distressed retail trading, and achieving significant production as a sole market maker for odd-lot junk bonds. Peter is also recognized for volunteer work with New York Cares, where leadership was demonstrated by managing multiple teams on community projects. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Management, Peter's diverse skill set includes early career experiences across various roles during solo travels in America.
