Ann Grayson

Ann Grayson is a Partner at Barnes & Thornburg, where they bring over twenty years of complex litigation experience, particularly in product liability. Since 2008, Grayson has focused on the litigation and discovery challenges of multinational corporations, offering practical and cost-effective solutions to mitigate risks. Grayson chairs the firm’s eDiscovery, Data & Document Management Practice Group, advising companies on managing business information and electronic discovery. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Miami University. Prior to their current role, they served as Senior Litigation Counsel at Cummins Inc. from 2006 to 2007.
