John Kelly is a Partner and Chair of the Healthcare Industry Practice at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where they specialize in healthcare litigation, compliance, and government investigations. With a robust background as a former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor, John has extensive experience in healthcare fraud, the False Claims Act, and regulatory compliance. John previously served as a member and managing partner at Bass, Berry & Sims and held various positions within the DOJ, including Chief of Staff for the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys. Currently, John also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at American University Washington College of Law, focusing on the False Claims Act in the healthcare industry.
