Scott Witlin

Scott Witlin is a distinguished Labor and Employment Law Partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, a position held since February 2011. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. and gained extensive experience at Proskauer Rose LLP, where responsibilities included Partner, Senior Counsel, and Associate from 1988 to 2004. Additionally, Scott was Senior Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from April 2008 to February 2011, and served as a Student Trustee during university studies at Cornell. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell University and Stanford University Law School, respectively.
