Alison Mitchell is a dedicated global strengths-based leadership coach for ambitious educators, currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at BTS Spark. They have over 30 years of experience in international and UK school leadership and teaching, having held roles such as Headteacher and Director of Studies at the British School of Amsterdam. As the Founder and Lead Coach at A Coaching Culture, Alison empowers educators and school leaders to unlock their potential through tailored coaching programs. They also teach undergraduate courses as an Adjunct Professor at Webster Leiden Campus and have engaged as an International Advisor with Teacher Horizons.
