Max Cooke

Max Cooke is a K-12 systems change advocate who empowers education professionals to excel in their leadership roles within schools and districts. Currently serving as the Head of BTS Spark in Canada, Max is focused on raising awareness of the benefits of world-class professional leadership coaching for school and district leaders. From 2019 to 2024, Max was the CEO of the EdCan Network, where they led strategic initiatives to enhance educators' capacity for creating healthier workplace environments. Max has also held previous roles including Interim CEO and Director of Communications at EdCan Network, as well as Communications Officer at CEDEC and Executive Director of the Quebec Branch of Canadian Parents for French. Max holds a degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
