Andrew Edwards

Andrew Edwards has extensive experience in IT and support services, currently serving as an IT Field Services Engineer II and Support Services Lead at BTS Technologies Inc since November 2022. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles at Red Clay Technology Group from April 2016 to November 2022, including Systems Administrator, Network Technician, and Senior Helpdesk Lead. Earlier in their career, Andrew was the Manager and Lead Technician at uBreakiFix from January 2011 to April 2016. Andrew is educated at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
