Matt B.

Matt B. has been a service technician at BTS Technologies since June of 2018. Prior to that, they were the general manager at Zoes Kitchen from January 2016 to June 2018. Before that, they were the assistant general manager at Newk's Eatery from May 2010 to December 2015. In their current role, they are responsible for providing technical support and service for the company's customers. In their previous role as general manager at Zoes Kitchen, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant and ensuring that the guests had a positive experience. As assistant general manager at Newk's Eatery, they were responsible for assisting in the operating of a sanitary, clean and safe restaurant. Matt also assisted in the financial reporting, including payroll, cash and receipts, house accounts and other invoicing procedures. In addition, they were responsible for recruiting, hiring and training hourly partners and shift leaders.

Matt B. attended The University of Alabama where they studied communication, journalism, and related programs. Matt also holds a certification from ServSafe in ServSafe Food and Beverage Management.
