Clemens Schweizer

Head of Strategic Partnerships at BTSE

Clemens Schweizer has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies. Clemens began their career in 2006 as a Membership Officer Intern at SwissCham China. In 2007, they took on the role of Sales Assistant at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. In 2011, they worked as an Intern in the Product Management Department at Deutsche Bank. In 2012, they were a Junior Expert in Finance & Administration at Austria jus. From 2013 to 2017, they held various roles at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, including Senior Manager and Sales Manager in Cash Management Financial Institution Sales. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Head of Business Development at a Fintech Company. Clemens is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Business Development at BTSE since 2021.

Clemens Schweizer completed a Bakk. phil. degree from the University of Vienna between 2007 and 2010. Clemens then went on to complete an M.A. in International Management Asia from the HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung between 2010 and 2012. During this time, they also participated in a Chinese Language Program at Harbin Normal University from 2009 to 2010. In addition, Clemens Schweizer has obtained several certifications, including CAMS (Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist) from ACAMS in May 2017, Certified Health- and Fitnesscoach from Vitalakademie in May 2015, and HSK Level 5 from the Hanban Confucius Institute in February 2010.
