Senior Product Manager at BTSE

Janet Lee has over seven years of professional experience in product management, service design, product design, and digital marketing. Janet began their career in 2014 as a Graphic Design Assistant at Ogilvy, where they designed graphics for social media campaigns and supported branding activities for brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Wrigley. Janet then moved on to CommonWealth Magazine Group as a Digital Marketing and Event Planner, where they planned and promoted online workshops, launched content products, and collaborated with business influencers to build the Innovation Institute.

In 2015, Janet took on two roles: Management Associate at funP Innovation Group and Design Coordinator for Computex Trade Show at Garage+. At funP, they proposed strategic multimedia and budgeting plans for clients, generating US$2M quarterly, and managed online ads across Facebook, Google, and Yahoo. At Garage+, they collaborated with designers to create brand image and visuals, and promoted emerging technologies through marketing campaigns.

In 2017, Janet joined cacaFly Intl. Media as a Product Manager, where they developed product strategies and worked with engineers to improve the company’s ads bidding platform. Janet then moved on to OptDiet as a Product Designer, where they collaborated with a team on a startup concept to increase access to affordable and healthy diets. In 2020, they joined Cathay Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. as an Associate Product Manager, where they built a new web-based platform and effectively increased the transaction volume by 24-hour online service.

Most recently, Janet joined frog as a Service Designer / Lead Product Owner in 2021. Janet led 10+ designers to build the first application and optimize responsive website within six months to serve 2M users in the Taiwan insurance market. Janet also introduced agile product development process and design collaboration model to improve cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and defined market opportunities through user research. Finally, they provided the company's c-suite executives with phased digital transformation strategies.

Janet is currently Senior Product Manager at BTSE, a role they began in 2022.

Janet Lee obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from National Taiwan University in 2014. In 2021, they completed a certification from UX Book Club Taiwan in UX Design. In 2016, they also completed a certification from edX in MITProfessionalX 6.BDx: Tackling the Challenges of Big Data.
