Shirley Chen

Shirley Chen is a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in the tech and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Crypto Product Manager at BTSE since December 2022, Shirley specializes in exchange and crypto wallet services. Previously, in the role of Product Owner at Crescendo Lab Ltd. from March 2021 to September 2022, the focus was on assisting enterprises in digital transformation as a part of the only LINE Gold-level Technology Partner in Taiwan. At M17 Entertainment Group, Shirley managed product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability. Experience as a Product Manager and Associate Manager at funP Innovation Group involved overseeing product development and executing marketing projects for various clients. Earlier roles include Account Manager at cacaFly Intl. Media and internships at Garage+ and Epoch Foundation. Shirley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from National Taiwan University, completed in 2015.
