Toby Mallinder

Toby Mallinder is the Managing Director at BTY Group, where they leverage over 30 years of experience in the global construction industry. Toby joined BTY in 1995, leading the firm’s corporate development and guiding regional practices with a focus on innovation and collaboration. As a key member of the Executive Team, Toby has played an essential role in transforming BTY from a local business into a comprehensive global consultancy. They hold degrees in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University and Cost Management in Building Engineering Services from The Nottingham Trent University, and are a member of both the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
