Dotun Adako

Dotun Adako is currently the Group Head of Human Resources at BUA Group, where strategic HR management solutions are deployed across the conglomerate. Prior to this, Dotun held the role of Regional HR Head for North & Sub Sahara Africa at VFS Global Services for six years. With a background in Senior Manager roles in Human Resource Planning and Resourcing at Nigerian Bottling Company PLC, Dotun brings a wealth of experience to the field. Dotun obtained a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan between 2004 and 2006.
