Destini McFadden

Destini McFadden is currently serving as a Benefits EDI Coordinator at Paycom since March 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure as Restaurant and Bar Manager at Bubba's 33 from 2019 to March 2024, and various managerial roles at Hal Smith Restaurants and Logan's Roadhouse between 2014 and 2019. Destini began a career in the restaurant industry at On The Border, working as an Assistant Manager from 2001 to 2014. Destini holds a degree from Wayland Baptist University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
