Phil Mason

Phil Mason has worked in the digital industry since 2006. In 2006, they were a Producer, Editor, and Author at Murdoch Books, where they conceived, designed, and authored a parenting self-help book focused on obesity, healthy eating and exercise through play. In 2007, they became a Producer - Online Manager at Disney Interactive. From 2010 to 2016, they were the CEO and Founder of Bubble Gum Interactive, an Australian startup invested in family friendly entertainment and new IP development. In 2016, they became the Chief of Product and Chief Maker - Founder at STEAM Craft Edu, a company that aims to help democratize education and teach important 21st Century skills to children. From 2010 to 2020, they were the Executive Producer (Youth) at The White Agency. Since 2020, they have been the Director of Product and Founder of VR Realms, a metaverse company founded by ex-Disney virtual world veterans.

Phil Mason earned a Masters degree from Macquarie University in 1996.
