Calypso Leonard

Calypso Leonard is a software engineer currently developing backend architecture for a writers' community app at StoryForge, utilizing Node.js and Sequelize. A recent graduate of the Flatiron School, Calypso specializes in JavaScript, React, and Ruby on Rails, with additional experience in Python and Java. Their previous roles include project coordination at Carleton College, where they facilitated a campus bike-share program, and operations management at The Common Good, where they organized high-profile events and supervised staff. With a background in public policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton College, Calypso has demonstrated strong detail-oriented skills in executing projects within tight deadlines and effective communication.
