Jeff focuses on customer success at Bubble. After graduating in hospitality management at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, he dedicated his career working in customer experience and service strategy. In his free time he enjoys anything outdoors like climbing, scuba diving, skiing and hiking.
