Coleman Sisson has a long and impressive career in the technology and marketing industry. Coleman began their career in 1979 as a Programmer/Analyst for United Gas Pipeline, where they designed and developed General Ledger and other Accounting applications using COBOL, ISAM, VSAM, and IMS file systems. Coleman then moved to Aminoil in 1981 as a Field Support Manager/Systems Programmer, managing all network communications for IBM 3033 running OS/MVS. In 1984, they joined Computer Corporation of America as an Account Manager/Senior Technical Consultant, where they served as a subject matter expert for PC204. In 1987, they were hired by Compaq Computer Corporation as the Manager of Customer Support. Here, they created and managed the first end user support hotline and grew the department from zero to 400+ in less than six months. In 1992, they joined Powersoft as the VP of Worldwide Services, where they grew sales from $4 million to $50 million per year while maintaining a 23% profit margin. In 1995, they became the SVP and GM of Education Services Group at Vanstar, where they turned around a failing training organization by introducing new training methods that dramatically increased revenue from $400k per month to $2 million per month. In 1999, they joined Liberate Technologies as President and increased revenue from $21 million per year to $100 million per year in 3 years. From 1990 to 2004, they were a personal consultant to Jimmy Buffett, creating and managing Buffett's technology ventures, as well as overseeing the transition of Radio Margaritaville from online streaming to SiriusXM. In 2004, they founded and funded BubbleUp, the premiere web development and marketing company in the music industry. Coleman developed innovative technology and marketing systems to manage fan clubs, build websites, sell merchandise and promote artists' careers. Coleman was named to the Inc. list for their work with BubbleUp.

Coleman Sisson attended the University of Arkansas from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a BSBA in Data Processing & Quantitative Analysis. Coleman then attended the Harvard Business School's Cable Executive Management Program, which they completed in 2002.
