Matthew S. Loeb has had a long and accomplished career in both the public and private sector, with a focus on cyber security and clean energy efficiency. Matthew is currently the Chair at Bubblr, a cyber-secure clean energy efficiency solutions company. Matthew also serves on the board of directors for the American Society of Association Executives and is a trustee for Excelsior University.

Loeb began their career in the public sector, working for the MIT Center for Information Systems Research (CISR). Matthew then transitioned to the private sector, co-founding Optimal Performance Seekers, LLC, a company that provides consulting services to businesses in the manufacturing sector. In 2019, they became the CEO of SECURE, a start-up public-private partnership focused on cyber-secure clean energy efficiency solutions.

Under Loeb's leadership, SECURE has made great strides in increasing the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector through its innovative cyber-secure clean energy efficiency solutions. In addition to their work with SECURE, Loeb has also been active with the Center for Cyber Safety and Education, where they served as a board trustee from May 2019 to April 2022. Matthew is also a member of the Leadership Committee and Audit Committee for the American Society of Association Executives.

Matthew S. Loeb has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, a Sociology degree from Bates College, and a Choate Rosemary Hall education. Matthew is a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), a US Soccer Referee Emeritus of the US Soccer Federation, and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) of ASAE. Matthew is also certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) by ISACA.
