Richard Bailey

Richard Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, transformation leadership, and technology advisory. Since July 2018, Richard has served as a Managing Partner and Senior Management Consultant at Centric Global, where strategic programs for mergers and business transformations have been spearheaded, alongside securing partnerships with AI and tech firms. Richard's roles also include ambassador positions at OBRIZUM and Bubty, advisory roles at TalentPools and Form1 Partners, co-founding FluidTalent and the Abantu Impact Foundation, and serving as an Associate Coach at CORE Leaders International. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Development and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Reading, complemented by a formative education at Westville Boys' High School in South Africa.
