James Mcgill

James McGill is currently the Director for the Southeast region at Buch Construction, a position James has held since November 2023. Prior to this role, James served as the Director- Construction and Development at Reside Partners from April 2021 to February 2024. With a background in architecture and building sciences from Auburn University, James has extensive experience in project management within the construction industry. James's previous roles include Project Executive at SJ Collins Enterprises and Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty US. James has managed a variety of projects ranging from retail to office to mixed-use developments, demonstrating their expertise in overseeing construction projects from pre-development through completion.
