Carissa Beecham is a Senior Counsel at Buchalter, specializing in land-use, natural resources, environmental, and water law for both public and private clients throughout California. With extensive experience litigating complex legal disputes, Carissa has represented various water services contractors in significant state and federal court proceedings. Prior to current work, Carissa held senior positions at Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard, and Stoel Rives LLP, where they focused on environmental laws and complex business litigation. Carissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Doctor of Law from UC Davis, where they graduated Order of the Coif.
