With over 20 years of experience in the field, Coby's practice encompasses various disputes including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, while working closely with business owners and executives to strategically resolve legal challenges. Coby previously served as Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at Taylor English Duma LLP, and has held positions at other prestigious firms including Alston & Bird LLP and Smith Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Coby earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Mercer University.
