Gray Sasser is a corporate and transactional attorney specializing in blockchain and digital currency regulations. As co-chair of Frost Brown Todd’s Blockchain and Digital Currency team, Gray advises clients on the intersection of cryptographic computing and U.S. securities laws. With a background as Senior Vice President for Congressional Affairs at the Export-Import Bank, Gray now serves as Executive Director of The Vanderbilt Project on Unity & American Democracy and lectures at Vanderbilt University. Gray has practiced law nationally and internationally, having worked with several prestigious law firms and served as chairman of the Tennessee Democratic Party. With a solid education from Princeton University, LSE, and Vanderbilt Law School, Gray continues to contribute to the field through teaching and strategic consulting.
