Jeff Farano

Jeff Farano is a Special Counsel at Buchalter, where they represent real estate developers and companies on litigation matters related to land development and land use, while providing guidance on CEQA issues. Jeff previously served as the Land Use Associate at Rutan & Tucker, LLP and was the Director of Acquisitions and Project Management at SA Recycling, where they managed multiple construction and entitlement projects for recycling facilities. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Chapman University, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Jeff takes pride in integrating practical business knowledge into their legal practice.
