John Epperson has extensive experience in environmental law and radiation safety. From 1981 to 1991, John worked as a health physicist at various nuclear utilities, focusing on the development and implementation of radiation safety programs. Transitioning to law, John has served as an environmental attorney since March 2019 at Buchalter, preceded by roles as a partner at Cooper White & Cooper and special counsel at Farella Braun + Martel. Additional legal experience includes working as a contract attorney for San Diego Gas and Electric and as an associate environmental attorney at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP. John has been active in legal education as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Law since 2014. Academic credentials include a J.D. in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.S. in Environmental Health from Purdue University.
