Kate Madrian

Kate Madrian is a dedicated professional with a strong background in both law and accounting. Currently serving as a Law Clerk at Buchalter since October 2024, Kate conducts legal research and drafts documents pertaining to commercial litigation. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant at Revver, where Kate facilitated a transition to ASC-606 compliance and improved sales team performance through data analysis. Additional legal experience was gained as a Law Clerk for Park City Municipal Corporation and the BYU Office of General Counsel, focusing on litigation and risk management. Kate has also contributed to KPMG as an intern, supporting audits for various companies. An active volunteer with 4H Norge, Kate mentored high school students, and previously worked as a Line Worker at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. Kate holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University, as well as pursuing a Juris Doctor at BYU Law School.
