Richard Ormond

Richard Ormond is a shareholder at Buchalter, APC, where they have practiced law for 25 years. They are also the principal of Stone Blossom Capital, LLC, which focuses on advising distressed businesses through turnaround, liquidation, and restructuring services. In addition, Richard co-founded and serves as the chair of Brief, an online dispute resolution company. They have taught a course on cannabis business law at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Richard earned a BA in Political Science from UCLA and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, with additional studies in International Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
