Stephan Hauck has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Stephan started their career in 1999 as an Apprentice at KVT Koenig Verbindungstechnik AG. Stephan then worked as a Taktischer Logistiker at Alstom Power from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined Zellweger Management Consultants AG as a (Senior-) Consultant, where they handled international logistics projects and also served as a Warehouse Manager for an international chemical company. In 2012, they joined Karl Vögele AG as a Logistics Lead and Head of Operation, responsible for company logistics and the supervision of distribution center operations. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Zimmer Biomet as an Integration Project Manager and later as a Project Manager. Stephan then joined Smith & Nephew, where they held the positions of EUCAN Logistic Network Manager and EMEA Logistic Network Director, overseeing distribution logistics and leading expert teams in Europe. In 2021, they took up the role of Inspirational Speaker at Bildungszentrum Dietikon, delivering TED Talks. In 2022, they started working at Bucherer AG as the Global Head of Supply Chain Management. Stephan also had a sabbatical during 2022 to spend time with their loved ones and plan their professional future. Overall, Stephan Hauck has a wealth of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and project management.

Stephan Hauck completed their education at various institutions. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz, where they obtained a Dipl./Bsc+ degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur/Business Engineering. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they studied at Technische Berufsmaturitätsschule Zürich, where they earned a Diplom in Technische Berufsmaturität.

In addition to their formal education, Stephan Hauck has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the Certificate in Global Management and the Competitive Strategy Programme at INSEAD Executive Education. In 2019, they completed the Finance for Executives program and the High Impact Leadership Program, both at INSEAD Executive Education. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Managementsysteme in der Medizinaltechnik from SAQ-QUALICON AG. Stephan also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Alstom Power, earned in 2009. In 2008, they received the Business English Certificate Higher (BEC Higher) from the University of Cambridge, as well as the Powerspeech - präsentieren und überzeugen certification from Service University Alstom & GAF.
