Spurthi Devatha

Spurthi Devatha is a counselling psychologist with experience at Buck Up since June 2021, providing psychotherapy sessions to clients across India and internationally. Prior to this role, Spurthi worked at DocVita, where responsibilities included goal setting and implementing therapeutic interventions in video-based sessions. Internship experience includes working with the Kolkata Society for Differently Abled, focusing on the needs of special children and contributing to educator support through Individualized Education Plans (IEP), as well as serving as a mental health counselor at Sishumangal Initiatives for Social Welfare & Development. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Banjara Academy, a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from GITAM Deemed University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Hons) from Gokhale Memorial Girls College.
