Emma Varela

Emma Varela has extensive experience in human resources and translation, currently serving as a Translator at Buckaroo Marketing since January 2014, focusing on content translation from English to Spanish and proofreading. Previously, Emma worked as a Freelance HR Manager for South and Central America in 2015, where responsibilities included recruiting, job description reviews, and candidate evaluations. Emma's earlier roles include HR Project Assistant at El Camino Academy, where policies and procedures were developed, and Human Resources Manager at SANCHEZ ASESORES CONTABLES - SACSA, managing recruitment and hiring processes. Additionally, Emma completed an internship as a Psychologist with the Colombian Army, conducting psychological assessments and motivational talks. Emma holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Simón Bolivar and received further education at the Meyer Institute.
