Andrew Easter

Andrew Easter has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Tank Construction Manager and API 653 Inspector at Buckeye Partners since October 2016. Andrew also holds the position of Managing Director at American Tank Partners, LLC, which specializes in providing quality inspectors and construction managers. Past roles include API 653 Inspector at Natural Energy Field Services and Foreman at Matrix Service. Andrew began a career in construction as a Welder/Fitter at American Tank & Vessel, Inc. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from East Texas Baptist University and is currently enrolled in a Master's program in Construction Management at the University of Houston.
