Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience at Buckeye Partners since December 2009, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations for six refined products terminals and 600 miles of pipeline across Missouri and Iowa. In this role, Todd leads a team of 29 employees, focusing on asset safety and maintenance. Previously, Todd held the position of Operations Manager at Buckeye Partners, overseeing similar responsibilities, and began the career as a Terminal Operator B, ensuring quality control and customer service in petroleum product management. Before joining Buckeye Partners, Todd was a Driver Trainer at Klemm Tank Lines. Todd’s educational background includes studies at Blackford High School and Maysville High School.
