Tim Beier

Tim Beier has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2016, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at BEARPAW PRODUCTS, a rapidly growing global brand in the archery sector. In 2019, they founded and chaired the DOA Stiftung, focusing on the belief that success can be achieved by individuals with the right mindset and determination. In 2022, Tim became the CEO and Owner of Buckle & Seam, a Berlin-based social impact brand that produces leather bags and accessories while supporting education initiatives through their own school project. Additionally, they are actively involved in the Entrepreneurs Organization, serving as a member and holding leadership positions as the Co-Forum Chair and Forum Chair Board for EO Munich.
